Office 365 group is now branded as Microsoft 365 group. This is a back-end service for Office 365 workloads such as Microsoft Teams, Stream, Planner, and more. For tenant admins, managing Microsoft 365 group members is an important task. Specmasoft’s Office 365 Management tool supports an easy way to import bulk members into Microsoft 365 groups from CSV file without using PowerShell script.
Follow the below steps to add bulk users as a member (and owner) into Office 365 Groups from CSV file.
- Open the Office 365 Manager app UI console.
- Navigate to the Azure AD page -> go to Office 365 Groups tab.
- Click the Import Members action inside the Update Members/Owners section in the ribbon UI.
- Download the sample CSV file and check the required column headers, make changes in your CSV file if needed.
- Select your CSV file by clicking the Browse button. This action will populate the CSV file details in the grid.
- Now, click the Import button to start the action. View the action progress and status in action result window, you can export the action result by clicking the Export button.
