Office 365 group (aka unified or modern group) is now branded as Microsoft 365 group. Microsoft 365 Group is the cross-application membership service, which is a base service for Office 365 workloads such as Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and more. Microsoft supports basic reports in Office 365 admin center and you can use PowerShell commands to generate granular reports and manage groups.

All Office 365 Groups
This report shows the list of all the available Microsoft 365 Groups. You can view the group and the associated group configuration details such as display name, email address, privacy, teams enabled status, is security enabled, membership type. You can also add and view more columns from Add/Remove columns window.
Teams Enabled Groups
When you create a team, a Microsoft 365 group is created to manage team members. The Teams service will not be enabled by default when you create the group through other services, such as the Planner task portal, SharePoint site, Power BI workspace, etc. This report shows the list of Teams enabled Microsoft 365 Groups.
Groups Privacy Reports
The app helps you to find groups by privacy option. You can generate reports such as Private Groups and Public Groups.
Dynamic Membership Groups
Dynamic membership enables the members of a group or team to be defined by one or more rules that check for certain user attributes in Azure AD. Users are automatically added or removed to the groups as user attributes change or users added to the tenant. This report helps you to track the groups or teams with dynamic membership rule.
Groups Hidden in Global Address Lists
This report shows the list of Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams that are hidden from the Global Address List (GAL).
Groups Hidden in Exchange Clients
This report generates the list of Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams that are hidden from Exchange clients such as Outlook or the Outlook Web App (OWA).
Groups that Allow external senders
This report shows the list of Office 365 Groups that allow external users to send email to the group.
Group Site Storage Details
Each Office 365 Group is attached to a SharePoint team site. Files related to the group will be stored on the site. This report extracts the group associated SharePoint site and storage details such as site URL, storage used, storage quota, percentage of storage used, last site content modified time, and more.
Inactive Groups by Site Content Modified Time
This report helps you to track unified groups with SharePoint site content (Files) not modified or added in the last N days.
