OneDrive for Business Management

OneDrive for Business (ODFB) is designed for users to access, share, and collaborate files from anywhere. Office 365 admins can manage OneDrive for Business (ODFB) through the OneDrive admin center. You can manage sharing and sync settings, control tenant wide user storage quota, and devices access.

Specmasoft’s Office 365 Manager is a reporting and management tool that helps you manage OneDrive user settings with a user-friendly interface. We have listed some of the OneDrive management actions, you may find more actions in the app.

Set OneDrive Storage Quota

Users will have the organization’s default per-user storage quota (ex: 1024 GB). This action will help you set different storage limits for the selected OneDrive users and it will override the tenant wide quota allocated to the user.
