Microsoft 365 Group is the cross-application membership service that was earlier branded as Office 365 group. The group helps to collaborate and set up a collection of resources with Office 365 workloads such as Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Stream, Planner, and more. We can manage groups from the Office 365 admin center, and we can also use PowerShell to manage group settings.
Specmasoft’s Office 365 Manager is a reporting and management tool that helps you to manage Microsoft 365 groups with a unified and user-friendly interface. The app is powered by PowerShell and Microsoft Graph and makes your Office 365 group management tasks easier. Create new Microsoft 365 Group
This action helps you create a new Office 365 group with basic details. You can also set group members while creating the group.
Create Bulk Microsoft 365 Groups from CSV
This action helps to create multiple Microsoft 365 Groups in bulk using a CSV file. Additionally, it offers support for adding members during the bulk group creation process. Read more »
Update Group
This action provides a unified UI to update group details, settings, members, and owners.
Update Group Settings
Using this action, you can update group settings in bulk. You can update group settings such as privacy, allow external senders to email, hide from the global address list, hide from Exchange (or Outlook) clients, and Send copies of group messages to members.
Enable Teams
The Teams feature will not be enabled by default when you create the group through services other than Microsoft Teams. This action helps you to enable Microsoft Teams feature for the selected groups.
Update Email Address
This action helps you to change the email address for multiple groups in a single click. You can easily reset the primary email address and secondary/proxy SMTP email address for bulk Office 365 groups using CSV.
Add/Remove members/owners.
The app lets you add or remove bulk members from multiple groups with a set of actions. The app supports member management actions such as Add Members, Remove Members, Add Owners, and Remove Owners. Read more »
Copy Group Members
This action helps you to copy members from one group to another group. Along with members, you can also copy group owners.
Import Group Members from CSV
The app helps you to import bulk members into Microsoft 365 groups from CSV file without using the PowerShell script. You can arrange the required groups and their members in the CSV file and provide the CSV as input to add members to the desired groups in bulk. Read more »
