What are the differences between the Standard and Enterprise license plans?
No differences in product features between the two license plans. However, the Enterprise license plan permits installation on multiple machines, whereas the standard license plan permits installation on a single machine.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all Debit and Credit cards for payment. Our payment process is managed through PayPal, giving you the flexibility to use either your Debit/Credit card or your PayPal account to complete your transaction
Is there a fee associated with technical support or product updates?
No, the product license covers the cost of support and updates throughout the duration of the purchased license.
How do I receive the product license key or activation key?
Upon completing your payment, your license details—including the Order ID (license activation key) and registration instructions—will be sent to you via email. Once you receive them, you can simply register the license from “Help menu -> License tab” to convert the trial version into the licensed version.
Can I buy a license with a custom price based on my specific requirements?

Can I have a discount on the price based on our specific requirements?
We follow a pricing model based on volume, where the overall cost decreases as the Number of users/Number of Tenants increases. We also provide discounts to resellers, partners, distributors, and IT service providers (MSPs).
