Specmasoft’s Office 365 Manager is a desktop-based SharePoint Online reporting tool designed to simplifies the process of retrieving SharePoint Online data. It features a user-friendly interface and a wide range of pre-configured reports, removing the need for PowerShell scripting. This application provides valuable insights into SharePoint Online Site Collections, Site Webs, Lists, Document Libraries, List Items, and Permissions.
Using this application, you can access a wide range of SharePoint Online reports and easily export them in multiple formats, including CSV, PDF, and Excel. While we’ve highlighted some key reports below, you’ll discover an extensive list of additional reports within the application.
Site Collection Reports
- All Site Collections: This report provides the list of all the site collections, including details such as storage usage, external sharing capability, Teams connectivity, files count, page views count, number of pages visited, and more.
- Group Connected Sites: This report retrieves a list of sites connected to Microsoft 365 Groups.
- Teams Connected Sites: Provides a list of sites that are linked with Microsoft Teams.
- Teams Channel Connected Sites: This report furnishes a comprehensive list of the sites connected to Microsoft Team channels, including both Private and Shared channels.
- Sites without Group: This report compiles a list of sites that are not linked to a Microsoft 365 Group.
- Hub Sites: Provides all hub sites and their associated sites for a particular hub site.

- Site Statistics: This report offers site metrics for all sites, including details such as the number of sub-sites, total lists, total document libraries, count of hidden lists, total site users, total site groups, and additional data.
- Sites with Sub-Sites: Provides a list of sites that have at least one sub-site.
- All Sub Sites: Displays a list exclusively comprising sites that have been added as sub site.
- Sites with Disabled Recycle Bin: Furnishes a list of sites in which the Recycle Bin feature is deactivated.
- Minimum Download Enabled Sites: Offers a list of sites where the minimum download restriction feature is activated.

- All Lists: This report provides an overview of all Generic Lists, including key information such as list base type, unique permissions status, versioning status, folder creation status, attachments enabled status and more.

- Lists with Custom Permissions: Lists that have custom permissions configured and have stopped inheriting permissions from the parent site are displayed.
