Specmasoft’s Office 365 Manager is a specialized Microsoft Teams reporting Tool designed to streamline Teams administration. Powered by Microsoft Graph and PowerShell, it enhances the default Teams Admin Center’s capabilities, allowing administrators to better understand and manage their Microsoft Teams environment.
By using this application, you have the capability to generate informative reports covering Teams, Channels, Members, Tabs, and Apps. While we’ve provided an overview of some available Teams reports, you’ll discover additional reporting options within the app.
All Teams Summary
This report presents a comprehensive list of all the Teams available in your organization. This report provides a summary of each team’s essential details, encompassing information like the total number of channels, the count of private channels, the count of shared channels, the number of members, the count of owners, the count of guest users, and additional relevant data. Moreover, you have the option to enhance the report’s content by adding and viewing extra columns using the “Add/Remove columns” feature.
- Teams with Guest users: This report provides a list of teams that have at least one guest user as a member. It serves as a useful tool for tracking the usage of guest users within Teams.
- Teams with Private channel: This report displays a list of teams that have at least one private channel.
- Teams with Shared channel: This report provides a list of teams that have at least one shared channel.
Teams Member and Guest User Permissions
The application provides a set of reports designed to extract information regarding enabled or disabled settings and permissions within Teams. These reports encompass details such as Teams Member Permissions, Teams Guest Permissions, Teams allowing members to create and update channels, Teams permitting channel deletion, Teams enabling guest users to create and update channels, and Teams permitting guest users to delete channels.
Team Membership Reports
The application simplifies the process of identifying team memberships through various reports, including Members by Team (or a set of teams), Owners by Team, Guest Users by Team, Unlicensed Team Members, Account Disabled Team Members, Teams without an owner, and Teams without a member.
