As an M365 Tenant Administrator, you may fall in a situation to get available Office 365 licenses and assign license for required users. In some cases, you may need to remove a license from users who do not need the license anymore. Microsoft supports basic license reports in the Office 365 Admin center. We need to use PowerShell commands to get enhanced license reports.
Specmasoft’s Office 365 Manager is a reporting and management tool that helps you to get a clear picture of Office 365 license assignments. You can generate reports such as licensed users, users by specific license, and more. The app provides unified UI to assign, remove and update license for single and bulk users.
