OneDrive for Business (ODFB) is designed to access, share, and collaborate your files from anywhere. OneDrive is built over a special SharePoint Online site; users can connect and share files across Microsoft 365 services. Office 365 admins can use the OneDrive admin center to view and manage tenant-level sharing and sync settings. You can also view compliance logs such as user activities and shared files through the Security & Compliance center.

OneDrive Users
This report shows the list of OneDrive provisioned users and their details. You can view OneDrive details such as username, user’s UPN, sharing capability, anonymous and external users sharing link expiration days, and more.

This report helps you to track OneDrive SharePoint storage details such as OneDrive site URL, storage used, storage quota, percentage of storage used, and storage warning level.

This report helps you to find inactive users who have not added or modified any files in the last N days.

This report helps you to find users who have actively updated files in the last N days.

This report helps you to find top users based on the storage they have used in OneDrive.
